Using the website
This website does not add its own advertising or analytics scripts. The security check and embedded services described below have their own practices. Normal web requests can share technical information, such as an IP address, with the hosting service.
External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This page does not describe or guarantee how those services handle information.
General enquiry form
The form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, preferred clinic and a short message. These details are collected so Davis Acupuncture can understand and respond to your enquiry. The form is for general questions, not detailed medical history or sensitive health information.
Submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages and a private Cloudflare Worker, then sent through Resend to the clinic's email inbox. Resend processes your submitted contact details and message for email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and abuse; your browser connects to Cloudflare for this check. Request information is also used to limit repeated submission attempts.
Your enquiry and contact details are used to respond to you. Email providers and the clinic mailbox handle messages under their own arrangements; this website does not promise automatic deletion or a particular retention period. Ask the clinic about access to information you have supplied and its healthcare privacy policy.
If the form or security check is unavailable, use 0413 754 264 or [email protected]. Do not send detailed clinical information through an ordinary email enquiry. Clinical information can be collected through the appropriate secure intake process.

Contacting the clinic
Use the contact channel published for your chosen location. Provide only the information needed for your enquiry, and avoid sending a detailed clinical history through ordinary email or a social-media message.
Ask the clinic how to provide health information through its designated booking or intake process. Telephone and email enquiries are not the same as a clinical consultation.
Booking and clinical information
Read the booking or intake provider's privacy information before entering personal or health details. The clinic can explain the appropriate channel for clinical information and questions about your records.
The booking page embeds Cliniko for Mile End South and Halaxy for Valley View. When a booking widget loads, your browser connects to that provider and may share technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Personal, health or payment information entered into a widget is supplied through that provider, not the website's enquiry form.
Booking providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies and settings. Read the privacy information and notices available within the booking service before proceeding. Direct booking links are also provided if you prefer to open the service separately.
Google Maps and linked services
Location pages include maps supplied by Google. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own settings and policies; these maps are not controlled by the clinic.
Read Google's privacy policy. The confirmed street address is also written on each location page, so you do not need to interact with the map to find it.
The website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Loading an embedded booking service or following a link to a booking provider, Facebook, Instagram or another website may involve cookies or tracking controlled by that service.
Your browser's privacy settings can help control cookies. If a linked service is unsuitable for you, ask the clinic about another way to make an enquiry.
Questions about privacy
Contact the clinic through its published channel for questions about information you have supplied, access to records or a privacy concern. The clinic's healthcare privacy policy is separate from this website information.
