Book Valley ViewValley View
Registered Acupuncturist Rory Davis. Acupuncture available alongside physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with an individual approach to care.
Collaborative care where appropriate
The aim is not to duplicate physiotherapy. Where appropriate, acupuncture can provide an additional treatment option while physiotherapy continues to address areas such as exercise rehabilitation, strength, mobility and return to activity.
Your symptoms, goals and existing care guide the discussion. With your consent, communication with your physiotherapist, GP or other treating practitioner can help keep the plan coordinated.
Learn MorePresentations may include longstanding back and neck pain, persistent or overlapping symptoms, headache and migraine, musculoskeletal pain, stress-associated symptom patterns, and concerns arising during return to sport or activity.
Treatment options
Acupuncture is the core treatment. Dry needling, electroacupuncture, cupping and gua sha, and acupressure may be considered where appropriate.
Suitability, comfort and consent guide treatment. Responses vary, and referral or another form of care may be recommended. Recommendations are reviewed as your needs and response change.
